the hotel seemed clean and the resort had several pool options, acceptable.
the half board dinner was disappointing. beverages were not included. i expected more for the price. simple coca cola should have been included.

stained carpet worn headboard
the luxury king suite with sea view balcony i booked wasn't what i expected. the carpet was old and stained. the headboard was worn with patches peeled off. usb charging points were absent. a turn-down service was not available, contrary to what was stated in the brochure.

Mediocre Stay due to Maintenance and Dining Issues
ripped settee lukewarm food
The suite showed a lack of upkeep. The settee had rips. The chair did as well. I noticed sharp glass edges on the furniture in the bedroom. The half-board food was disappointing at best. Choices were limited. The food was often lukewarm, and the dining room seemed like a canteen.

amazing stay!
breakfast buffet fresh choices balcony view
the breakfast buffet had many options and fresh choices daily. the location was perfect, near a lot of attractions. staff were nice. the room was spacious. the sea view from the balcony was amazing.
the bus stop to old town was a small walk away! though it was manageable.

my room had a stocked fridge and tea and coffee facilities were available. the bathroom included good quality products and a spacious layout. blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.

scenic views excellent service
The outdoor pool was beautiful. It had ample space with many sun loungers . Breakfast on the terrace was a delight because it offered extensive food choices. The terrace also had scenic views. The porters and the front desk staff provided excellent service.
The gym lacked detailed information regarding specific access times.

a decent stay
delicious breakfast dining options dirty carpet worn headboard
the room was spacious with a gorgeous view. breakfast was delicious! i loved the options for dining that were all on the grounds of the hotel. it was great that i had many choices.
the brochure looked lovely, but the carpet was old, faded, and dirty. i even saw oil on it. the headboard on the bed was also very worn with patches peeled off. the furniture was very old mahogany large furniture.
